Pregnancy: all of our sessions are done with online videocalls. We do childbirth education and birth mapping online in an interactive way and I teach your partner or support person the basics of the hands on techniques so you get the benefit of these tools and techniques at home. Debriefing of previous births, fears release and birth affirmation and OMP techniques can also be included.

These are live one-on-one calls scheduled at a convenient time for you, so each session is personalised and there is the chance to ask questions as we go.

Birth: I am available “on call” for you 24/7 around your estimated due date by phone, video or text message. I can “be in the room” with you on a device and/or I can be available by phone call or text message to you or your support person whenever more support is needed.

Postpartum: I am here for you after your birth to be a listening ear, connect you with local services, provide answers (based on evidenced-based research) to your questions and be there to support you via video, phone or text message.
